Balmy sea breezes wash over this Casuarina-style “Beach Abode” that epitomises Queensland living at its best and most relaxed.  Colorbond wall cladding, weathergroove and spotted gum combine to create a striking image of clean vertical lines and a home that is ‘at one’ with its environment.

The use of 316 stainless steel cabling and timber slatting makes for a deck area that not only offers excellent street appeal but also enables the occupants to soak up the scenic Esplanade views.

The Blackbutt timber flooring on the upper level combined with exposed scissor trusses and ply ceilings were the key issues in our clients’ brief.  This expressive use of timber gives the interior a unique, earthy appeal.
